Nolv finds the real reason a payment is stuck — a missing PO, a dispute, plain silence — and drafts the exact message that unblocks it.

Nolv
Finds why an invoice is unpaid — and drafts the message that unsticks it.
One invoice per line: Customer, Email, Amount, Due date (YYYY-MM-DD), Notes (anything you know — an email reply, silence, a complaint). Days overdue is now worked out automatically from the due date, every day.
Export your invoices as a CSV from QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, or anywhere else, and drop the file in — Nolv will match up the Customer, Email, Amount, Due date, and Notes columns automatically.
Every email Nolv has sent for your business, automatic or manual.
Invite people at your business to share this account.
Add a link your customers can use to pay you — PayPal, a Stripe Payment Link, or anything similar you already use. Nolv adds it to the end of every reminder your customers receive, automatic or manual. Money goes straight to you — Nolv never touches it.

Nolv exists because "please pay" was never the real message businesses needed to send.
Missing PO, a dispute, plain silence — Nolv reads the details and tells you what's actually stuck, not just that it's late.
Every message is tailored to the actual blocker, so it moves the invoice forward instead of getting ignored.
What used to mean digging through email threads now takes one click — reason and message, both ready.
Nolv talks to its AI through a private secured connection — your data and your customers' data stay protected.
Nolv looks at unpaid invoices and figures out the real reason each one is stuck — not just that it's late. Then it drafts the exact message needed to fix that reason, so finance teams spend less time chasing and more time getting paid.
Most tools just send reminders. Businesses don't need another nag — they need to know what's actually blocking the payment, and what to do about it. Nolv was built to close that gap.
Small and mid-size businesses, finance teams, and anyone tired of chasing invoices manually with no idea why the money isn't moving.
Nolv is in early testing. We're working with a small number of businesses to make sure it's genuinely useful before opening it up more widely.
Nolv was built to help businesses stop chasing payments and start solving them — founded by Hamna Noor.

This permanently removes your Nolv login. If you're the only person on your team, your invoices and history go with it. If you have teammates, they keep working until your current billing period ends — the plan won't renew after that unless someone else pays for it.
Nolv is business software: it reads the invoices you give it, works out why a payment is stuck, and drafts the message to fix it. This page explains what information Nolv collects to do that, why, and what control you have over it.
Nolv is built for businesses, not for the general public, and isn't directed at consumers or children. If something here doesn't match what you'd expect, reach out — see Contact below.
We collect only what's needed to run your account and the invoices you choose to bring into Nolv:
We use your information only to run and improve Nolv:
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to serve ads — Nolv doesn't run ads at all.
Nolv relies on a small number of specialist providers to function. Each only receives what it needs to do its specific job:
We don't share your data with anyone else, and none of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
We keep your account and invoice data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account and you're the only person on your team, your invoices and activity history are deleted along with it.
One exception: if you were on the Free plan, we keep a record of how much of your free lifetime limits (invoices, drafts, reminders, emails sent) you'd already used, tied to your email address. This is so the same free allowance can't be reset just by deleting an account and signing up again — it doesn't include your invoices, messages, or any business data, only the count.
You can see, correct, or remove your invoice data at any time directly in Nolv. You can delete your account from your account menu whenever you like — this is permanent and can't be undone. If you'd like a copy of your data, or have any other request about your information, contact us and we'll help directly.
All traffic to and from Nolv is encrypted in transit. Passwords are never stored by Nolv in readable form. Access to your data is limited to what each part of the system needs to function, and API keys and credentials used to talk to providers are kept on the server, never exposed to the browser.
Nolv is business software built for companies, not individual consumers, and it is not directed at or intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes in a way that matters to how your data is handled, we'll update the date at the top of this page and let you know by email.

Nolv is business software that reads the invoices you give it, works out why a payment is stuck, and drafts the message to fix it. Nolv is operated by Shahzad Ahmad Manj, based in Pakistan. By creating an account or using Nolv, you agree to these terms.
You need an account to use Nolv. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up, and you must be legally able to enter into these terms — if you're using Nolv on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
Paid plans (Sovereign and Empire) are billed monthly from the moment you subscribe, until you cancel or move to the Free plan. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record — this means Paddle, not Nolv, is the seller of record for your subscription, handles your payment details directly, and is responsible for order processing, tax collection, and payment security. Nolv never sees or stores your card details.
When you cancel a paid plan, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — you won't be charged again after that, and your account moves to the Free plan automatically.
The Free plan has lifetime usage limits on invoices, AI drafts, and emails sent. These limits are tied to your email address and don't reset if you delete your account and sign up again with the same email.
Use Nolv honestly and legally. Don't use it to send misleading or harassing messages, don't try to break or bypass its security or usage limits, and don't use it in a way that harms Nolv, our providers, or other users.
Nolv, its design, and its code belong to us. Your invoice data and business information stay yours — using Nolv doesn't give us ownership of it, only permission to process it in order to provide the service.
You can delete your account at any time from the account menu — this is permanent. If you're the only person on your team, your invoices and history are deleted with it. If you have teammates, they keep working, and any paid subscription simply won't renew after the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or attempt to abuse free-plan limits.
Nolv is provided "as is." AI-drafted messages and suggested reasons for non-payment are a starting point, not guaranteed to be accurate — you're responsible for reviewing anything before it's sent. To the extent permitted by law, Nolv isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page and let you know by email.
Questions about these terms? Reach us at nolvagent@gmail.com.
We want paying for Nolv to feel low-risk. This page explains when you can get your money back.
If you subscribe and Nolv isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of your payment for a full refund, no questions asked. Outside that window, cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current billing period — you'll keep access until it ends, as described in our Terms of Service.
Email us with the address you signed up with and we'll process it directly, or handle it together with Paddle if needed. Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
All payments for Nolv are handled by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle may apply its own refund and dispute processes in addition to the window described above, particularly for tax or payment-related issues.
